When Dr. Jose Torres came on board as the Superintendent of School District U-46 in August 2008, he was eager to work with the Gail Borden Public Library District on their marketing campaign to increase library card ownership for students. Sarah talks with Denise Raleigh, director of marketing, development and communications at Gail Borden, about the campaign that earned the 2009 North Suburban Library System Marketing Award.
